Who counts as a tech?

Anyone with a login that can start a route, mark a stop complete, or open a service log. Office-only staff and read-only viewers do not count.

What if I hire mid-month?

Your next invoice reflects the new seat count, prorated to the day the tech was added. Remove a tech and the next invoice drops back down.

Are there feature limits at $50?

No. Every feature is included at every seat count. The only variable is how many tech seats you need.

What about payment processing fees?

Standard Stripe rates apply on customer payments (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% for ACH). Bluecrest never takes a cut on top of that.

Can I cancel?

Month-to-month. Cancel any future month from your account settings — no calls, no retention scripts.
